Slovenian companies intend to participate in the development of the Middle Corridor

Slovenian companies have expressed willingness to participate in the development of the Trans-Caspian International Transport Route (Middle Corridor).

The press-service of Kazakhstan Temir Zholy JSC (Kazakhstan Railways) informed about it to Kazakhstan bureau Report.

At the meeting of the JSC’s management with representatives of Slovenian companies discussed the possibilities of expanding transport and logistics links and issues of cooperation in the development of the Middle Corridor.

‘The heads of companies in the field of IT solutions, logistics, energy and transport infrastructure, as well as the railway industry arrived in Kazakhstan and discussed opportunities for expanding transport and logistics ties, issues of cooperation within the development of the Trans-Caspian International Transport Route, the potential implementation of joint projects in terms of digital products for ports and logistics centres,’ – indicated in the department.

The participants of the meeting also expressed readiness for joint work aimed at further expansion of co-operation between the two countries.
