Russia is ready to provide all kinds of support for the normalization of relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said at a meeting with Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan.
Lavrov said that on the basis of the trilateral agreements reached between the leaders in 2020 and 2022, they can help in resolving the current problems. In addition, Lavrov emphasized that trade and economic relations between Russia and Armenia are on a positive track, with trade volume exceeding $12 billion in 2024, a record high.These statements show that Russia continues its efforts to maintain peace and stability in the South Caucasus and aims to strengthen cooperation with the countries in the region.
