MOSCOW, November 5. /TASS/. Relations between Russia and the United States remain at zero, but eventually the dialogue will have to be resumed, said Press Secretary for Russian president Dmitry Peskov in an interview with Rossiya-1 TV channel reporter Pavel Zarubin.
The journalist published an excerpt of the interview on the Telegram channel.
“The relations are at zero or, I would say, rather below zero. But nevertheless, since both the US and Russia have special responsibility for global stability and strategic stability, we will have to resume this conversation eventually one way or the other,” said Peskov.
