The meeting of founders of JV Asia Trans Gas LLC was held, attended by representatives of Uzbekneftegaz JSC and Chinese company Trans-Asia Gas Pipeline Co. Ltd., Trend reports.
According to the information, during the talks it was noted that the establishment and operation of JV Asia Trans Gas LLC have become the result of strong cooperation between Uzbekistan and China, reflecting the mutually beneficial nature of the project.
It is reported that at the meeting the sides discussed the achieved results and prospects for further development of the company. Chairman of the Board of Trans-Asia Gas Pipeline Co. Ltd proposed to consider new joint projects, which received approval from the management of the Uzbek company.
Uzbekneftegaz expressed readiness to deepen partnership with Trans-Asia Gas Pipeline Co. Ltd.
At the end of the meeting, the parties agreed to approve the founders’ protocol, which will fix the main issues and tasks related to the operation of the JV Asia Trans Gas Ltd.
