Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Ceyhun Bayramov has noted that the development of the Middle Corridor creates additional opportunities for deepening cooperation between Baku, Ankara and Tashkent. He stated this at a joint press conference with his counterparts from Turkey and Uzbekistan, emphasizing the importance of preservation and further development of the existing trilateral format, which, in his opinion, is exemplary in the conditions of the modern world order.

Bayramov noted that cooperation between the three countries is important not only in the context of current challenges, but also for effective response to common threats. He also added that this format of interaction successfully complements other regional initiatives and maximizes the potential of cooperation. In particular, strategically important projects that connect the regions of the Caspian, Black and Mediterranean Seas were mentioned, including such ambitious initiatives as the Digital Silk Road and green energy export projects. These projects, according to the minister, significantly increase the importance of the trilateral partnership. In addition, Bayramov stressed the importance of continuing joint work and mutual support within the framework of various international and regional organizations such as the UN, OSCE, Organization of Islamic Cooperation, D-8 and CICA. According to him, the coordinated efforts of these countries in the international arena play an important role in ensuring stability and security of the region and addressing global challenges.
