Bulgantuya Khurelbaatar, Vice Speaker of the Parliament of Mongolia, received Chinese Ambassador to Mongolia Shen Minjuan on March 19. During the meeting, relations between the two countries and inter-parliamentary cooperation were discussed.
Vice President Khurelbaatar noted that the official visit of the Speaker of the Mongolian Parliament Amarbayasgalan Dashzegve to China in February 2025 was successful and expressed his gratitude for the efforts made in organizing the visit. Ambassador Shen Minjuan noted the importance of the Gashuunsukhait-Gantsmod cross-border railway agreement signed between the governments of Mongolia and China. The Ambassador expressed confidence in further expanding and strengthening bilateral relations and inter-parliamentary cooperation between the two countries. During the meeting, the two sides also discussed the steps to be taken to enhance cooperation in the economic, cultural and political spheres. The two sides exchanged views on future contacts and joint projects.
