Kyrgyz Foreign Minister Jeenbek Kulubaev will pay a working visit to Kuwait on April 16 to participate in the 3rd Ministerial Meeting of the Strategic Dialogue of the Central Asia-Gulf Cooperation Council.
According to the Kyrgyz Foreign Ministry, Minister Kulubaev’s visit will be aimed at strengthening bilateral relations between the two countries and discussing regional cooperation issues. During the visit, Minister Kulubayev is expected to meet with his Kuwaiti counterpart and other senior officials to discuss opportunities for political, economic and trade cooperation. In addition, joint projects between Kyrgyzstan and Kuwait in sectors such as investment, energy and tourism will be discussed. Kyrgyzstan and Kuwait have taken various steps to improve their economic and diplomatic relations in recent years. This visit is expected to be an important step towards increasing the volume of trade between the two countries and creating new areas of cooperation.
