Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan intend to implement joint projects in the field of labour resources and employment.
Daulet Argandykov, president of the Centre for Development of Human Resources JSC of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Kazakhstan, said this at the Azerbaijan Career Forum 2024, Trend reported on Thursday.
“I am the first head of the Centre for Human Resources Development and our mandate is quite broad. We deal with the entire social and labour sphere, including migration and employment. In this direction, we are partners with the State Employment Service of Azerbaijan. We have an action plan, we are implementing and planning joint projects” Argandykov said.
According to him, without the development of human resources, education and labour markets, sustainable development of society and economy is impossible.
He also stressed that despite challenges such as pandemic, economic crisis, internal problems and global automation (widespread introduction of artificial intelligence), Kazakhstan has managed to maintain stability in the labour market.
