Chairman of the Parliamentary Friendship Group on Cooperation with Japan of the Kyrgyz Parliament Talaibek Masabirov met with Speaker of the House of Representatives of Japan Fukushiro Nukaga and Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives Koichiro Gemba in Tokyo.
Nukaga emphasized the need to strengthen cooperation between the two countries during a meeting with Talaibek Masabirov, Chairman of the Parliamentary Friendship Group on Cooperation with Japan of the Kyrgyz Parliament, in Bishkek. Masabirov, in turn, expressed readiness to develop political, economic and cultural ties between Japan and Kyrgyzstan. The two leaders agreed to increase inter-parliamentary dialogue and promote mutual investments. Japan’s development assistance to Kyrgyzstan and its support in the field of education were also discussed during the meeting.
