Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze and Chinese Ambassador Zhou Qian discussed the cooperation areas outlined in the 2023 Georgia-China Strategic Partnership Agreement, highlighting the “positive dynamics” in trade and economic relations, the Government Administration said.
The meeting underscored the significance of the free trade agreement and visa-free travel as “key opportunities” for enhancing bilateral ties. The importance of people-to-people connections was also emphasized as a way to foster “stronger relations,” according to the Government press office.
The officials reaffirmed their commitment to further strengthening “result-oriented cooperation in various sectors.”
