During the talks between the representatives of Azerbaijan and Iran in Baku, joint projects between the two countries in various fields were discussed. During the meeting, issues such as strengthening trade-economic relations, transportation corridors and energy cooperation were discussed. The parties emphasized the importance of implementing existing projects and exploring new areas of cooperation. In particular, the development of infrastructure projects such as rail and road connections and their role in increasing bilateral trade volume were emphasized. Issues such as environment and water resources management were also discussed. Azerbaijan and Iran reiterated their intention to increase cooperation within the framework of regional and international organizations and stressed their common interest in stability and development in the region. The talks took place in a positive atmosphere and the sides agreed to continue the dialogue to concretize cooperation plans.
