President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev received Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Olzhas Bektenov at an official ceremony today. During the meeting, the development of bilateral relations between the two countries and regional cooperation issues were discussed.
President Aliyev emphasized the importance of the strategic partnership between Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan and stressed the need to increase cooperation in the economic, trade and energy spheres. Bektenov, in turn, noted that the friendly relations between the two countries are getting stronger day by day and noted that work will continue for the realization of future projects. After the meeting, various agreements are expected to be signed between the parties. It is believed that this visit will carry the cooperation between the two countries even further.
