On the occasion of the declaration of 2023 as the “Year of Heydar Aliyev” in Azerbaijan, the results of the article competition titled “A State with a Strong Economy is Capable of Anything” organized by the Economic Scientific Research Institute (ESRI), in affiliation with the Ministry of Economy of Azerbaijan, were announced.
80 researchers from 14 countries applied to the competition and Dr. Doğacan Başaran, International Relations Specialist at Ankara Center for Crisis and Political Studies (ANKASAM), was awarded with the prize for his study titled “Caspian-Centered Cooperation and the Growing Importance of Azerbaijan after the Russia-Ukraine War”.
