Prof. Dr. Mehmet Seyfettin EROL, President of Ankara Center for Crisis and Political Studies (ANKASAM), evaluated Putin’s visit to North Korea and the “Comprehensive Strategic Partnership Agreement” between Russia and North Korea. Prof. Dr. Mehmet Seyfettin Erol stated that Vladimir Putin’s visit to North Korea after 24 years aims to establish a resistance front against the West and deepen relations. Prof. Erol emphasized that the agreement signed between Russia and North Korea envisages a strategic alliance and includes mutual commitment against common threats. He stated that the strengthening of relations is directed towards building a multilateral system by including China and Iran in this alliance.
