On June 16, 2023, a conference titled “New Uzbekistan, the Shining Star of Central Asia” was held at the Ankara Center for Crisis and Political Studies (ANKASAM) between diplomats working at the Uzbek Embassy in Ankara and ANKASAM experts. At the conference, Undersecretary for Trade and Economy Mashrab Mamirov delivered a speech titled “Reforms in Uzbekistan”, while Undersecretary for Political Affairs Avazbek Hajimetov made a presentation titled “Presidential Elections in Uzbekistan”.
