Turkmenistan and the Republic of Korea discussed the prospects for cooperation in the creation of transport, transit and logistics infrastructure.
The talks were held during a meeting between Foreign Minister Rashid Meredov and Korean Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport Sangwoo Park, Trend reported on Monday with reference to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.
It is noted that the sides discussed the current state and prospects of cooperation in the framework of Turkmenistan’s transport projects. During the meeting, the long-term successful work between the two countries, especially in the field of motor transport, was emphasised.
In addition, the participants of the meeting noted the opportunities for cooperation in urban planning, seismology and transport, which indicates the desire of the countries to develop comprehensive relations in key sectors of the economy.
